Yoga Class Schedule
Menopause weekly yoga class
This weekly class will focus on easing the many symptoms women experience in perimenopause, menopause + post menopause.
Each class will include pranayama, asana practice, restorative, guided meditation + mantra work.
We will focus each month on a different theme/phase of the menopause.
This class will arm you with the tools to ease the fluctuations that are most often experienced during mid-life and beyond.
Each class will be offered in-person (for up to 6 students), virtually and will also be recorded and sent to you if you arenโt able to join us at class time.
