Join me for this 4-hour retreat to release, renew, and reset. As the leaves begin to fall we are reminded this is the season of letting go of what is no longer serving us. This release allows for the opening and space for what we want to bring into our lives. During our time together we will share in an asana practice focused on releasing and clearing space in the body, mind + heart. Accompanied with a guided meditation, silent walk into the gardens and time for journaling reflection. We will then share in a nourishing fall inspired lunch together and finally close out the practice in circle.
